Could you be our next Public Safety Officer at Main Line Health? As a Public Safety Officer, you will provide our patients and staff with peace of mind. Various shifts are available, including days, evenings, and nights. Weekend rotation is required for all shifts except for Per Diem.

This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part-Time status.Position-Specific Benefits include: You are eligible for up to 120 hours of paid time off per year based on your Full or Part-Time status. ExperienceExperience in a campus, healthcare, or security/customer service-related field (strongly preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to think independently yet listen to and work with a team.Ability to maintain confidential information and handle confidential matters with integrity.Critical thinking skills and the ability to handle and resolve recurring challenges.
Required Education, Licensures/CertificationsHigh School Diploma or its equivalentValid driver's license and a good driving record for the last three (3) years.Certified or eligible for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Lethal Weapons Training Certification (Act 235).Must complete Managing of Aggressive Behavior or MOAB parts 1, 2 & 3 within four (4) months of employment
